Pakaflex is a distributor for the 'Stinger' cap stapling system from the USA. A fast and robust way of securing our wrap the the pallets of timber. Available in four models to suit all operations from a few pallets a day to much larger plants.
Cap staples secure the wrap much better than staples alone as the cap distributes the load. This makes it particularly beneficial with our Supatuff wrap where a much thinner wrap than normal can then be secured without risking the wrap tearing loose of the staples.
The 'Stingers' are able to apply 5 staple caps per second and weighing less than 2.2kg the Crossfire and pneumatic CS58 are the cap staplers of choice. Pakaflex also supplies the staple caps, which are available in 'stinger' green or white. Call us for information on how we can improve you timber packs.
